ReadLS is a unique game based reading intervention which targets the route causes of reading struggles. 40 hours of fun and engaging intervention is completed on the computer. The students are awarded points and their progress is tracked on colourful graphs. ReadLS sets students up for success while targeting auditory processing, visual processing, tracking, working memory and more.
What are the conditions that can benefit ReadLS?
ReadLS helps children and adults with reading difficulties, dyslexia, dysgraphia and ADD/ADHD.
ReadLS consists of 40 hours of target reading intervention that is broken up as follows:
Cognitive Therapy: 15 hours, completed over 3 – 5 weeks, with a maximum of 3 days between sessions.
Reading Exercises: 5 sessions/week (approx 20 minutes/session) for 10 weeks, consisting of short stories and cognitive games that target memory, word roots, spatial awareness and more.
Speed Reading: 5 sessions/week for 10 weeks.
